I want to mod Trigger Happy Havoc so that it's opening is similar to the one from the anime and having any cutscenes saved in utmost quality ie openings, body discoveries, executions. I tried moving all Steam files to a another hard drive and then launching from there but no dice. There is no option for the user to decide the location of the install. This is a problem for users who need choice as to where steam downloaded files reside.
