I had been generally happy with the app, and was well worth the money, but when I switched phones, the app stopped connecting my laptop and phone was able to log in to the phone app, but even with the appropriate log in on the phone, it refused to authorize the computer, leaving it unprotected- even though it was the reason I purchased it.
I looked in the app for my requests and see it was never responded to 8 months ago. So, today my laptop was stolen, and I do not see any mug shots yet, nor does it locate it or ping it, and still no answer from CS about previous request, meaning my laptop should have been protected today, I purchased the appropriate program, sent in a request for help initially, and due to the lack of ability to get a hold of these people and the lack of actual support for the product, I will likely not have the help I needed when I actually am needing it, the help I bought the program for.
There are other programs out there, I would look for one with an actual customer support number.
